I like to use this during indoor recess, when my students are not able to go outside because of the cold or rainy weather. This is the perfect activity to get your kids up and movin’ and grooving’ around the classroom, giving them a much needed brain break and/or movement break!

Write, Rotate, Repeat BUNDLE

Students will learn to infer character traits and also prove their thinking and ideas by referring to the text. I used the story, That’s What Leprechauns Do by Eve Bunting for the anchor charts, but you can use any books with leprechauns as the main character for the lesson.

This file is **common core aligned** and will conclude with the students making an adorable leprechaun craft, featuring the character traits. There are lots of pictures and detailed directions.
