This year I'm holding them at the beginning and end. I've been looking for forms etc. THANK YOU! This is so fantastic!! In the past I've used a reflection sheet I made to help guide the students. I also write up a conference form, meet with each student individually to go over it, and they explain it to their parents. It has always worked out great.Like you said if there any academic or behavioral concerns I meet with those parents privately. Thanks for this wonderful pack! Glad I was sent to your blog!
