Smart Little Cookies Printable

On Instagram, I posted how my teacher friend told me about the special edition “back to school” themed Oreos, which she found at Wal-Mart. This is the first year that my school is hosting a “meet and greet” prior to the school year starting. I thought this would be a really cute goodie to leave out for my students.  Check out this website for an adorable "Welcome back to school, smart little cookies!" FREEBIE printable! You can leave the signs out on a table with a tray full of cookies or you can individually package some cookies as a special treat for their desks. Learning Targets-a-Palooza File includes:

1. A PDF of learning colorful and cute learning target posters for you to print and laminate. Also includes a few templates for writing learning targets for your guided reading and guided math groups.

2. Part of this PDF also includes, “Swimming skills!” which I use as a formative assessment when introducing a new learning target. 1. AMAZING! I used your cookie idea today! Then the K-1 teachers decided to do it as well! SO fun! I am excited because I am LOOPING with my kids, so I already know SO MUCH about my kiddos as we spent last year together! We can dive right in! Can't wait…:)

  2. So happy I found your blog! I am going to use the cookie Welcome Back tag! Thanks so much for sharing. I can't wait to come back and read more of your inspirational tips and ideas!

  3. The Learning Targets pack, is a wonderful way to keep the kids focused.
I am a new Cross-Cat teacher. I am so excited about working with the students, but right now it seems as if all I am doing is correcting and completing paperwork……
These target packs would be great visuals for the students when we are in small group in my classroom, and when I am doing individual work, students can refer to the learning target sign.
